At Custom Irons, we take pride in delivering high-quality tattoo supplies and equipment. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Custom Irons are final. Returns or refunds are only available in very limited circumstances, such as warranty issues.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to cross-contamination and strict health and safety standards, many items are non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Tattoo Inks
- Tattoo needles/cartridges and other sterilized products
Please choose carefully as these items cannot be returned.
Warranty Issues
If you experience a warranty issue with your product:
- Contact us first: Email us at customironstattoos@gmail.com before returning any item.
- Manufacturer Coordination: We will work with you and the manufacturer to ensure your product is sent to the authorized repair team.
Some warranty matters may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Additional Non-Returnable Items
The following items are also non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
- Tattoo Inks
To complete your return, please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account: Refund processing times may vary.
- Contact your credit card company: They may have additional processing time before posting the refund.

Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular prices are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product:

Gifts
- Direct Gift Shipment: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.
- Otherwise: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.

- Shipping Tips: For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Custom Irons cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
